Ģibuļu pagasta karogs ir zaļš ar sarkanu horizontālu svītru un Ģibuļu pagasta ģerboni vidū (Pielikums Nr.12).
Zaļo un sarkanās svītras attiecība ir 2:1:2.
Ģibuļu pagasta karoga platuma un garuma attiecība ir 1:2.
Karoga krāsas ir: ģerbonim Pantone 341 C (zaļa), Pantone 873 C (zelta), Pantone 286 C (zila), Pantone White C (balta) un Pantone Black C (melna), pamatnei Pantone 357C (zaļa), Pantone 485 C (sarkana).[1]
