Description
English: Heads in huddle as senate committee resumes railroad financing hearing. Washington, D.C., Oct. 20. Senator Harry S. Truman of Missouri, (left) acting Chairman, and Max Lowenthal, Counsel and Chief Investigator, go into a huddle as the Senate Committee investigating railroad financing resumed its open hearings today. Senator Truman is presiding during the absence of senator Burton K. Wheeler who has not yet returned to the Capital.
