Description

Photograph of the Lago dell’Acquafraggia when frozen and also covered by snow. This Alpine lake is situated in the Valle dell’Acquafraggia. A small river, also called Acquafraggia, flows from the lake and through the valley, forming a number of waterfalls, before entering the Fiume Mera from the right a little above Chiavenna in the lower Val Bregaglia, Province of Sondrio, Lombardy, Italy.
