Description
English: Order Of Saint Andrew The Apostle. Reinstated on 1 July 1998 after its abolition in 1917, the Order Of Saint Andrew is the highest military and civilian order of Russia. It is awarded for "exceptional services leading to prosperity and glory of Russia". The order has a medal worn around the neck on a gilded chain, and a star worn on a blue sash across the shoulder.
