English: This limestone building, commonly known as the "barracks", is being restored by the Cobourg Museum Foundation for use as the Exhibition Hall of the Sifton-Cook Heritage Centre scheduled to open in 2012. Located at the south-east corner of Durham and Orr Streets in downtown Cobourg, Ontario, Canada.
