Description
English: EF3 damage to the Briarcliff City Hall building in Briarcliff, Arkansas. "The Briaircliff city hall building was severely damaged. The top level had most walls collapsed and the roof was lifted off. A few steel I beam floor joists were twisted out of place and most of the exposed lower level walls were collapsed. Some CMU foundation was found along the lower level."
