Summary

Description
English: Dimer of the homing endonuclease I-CreI bound to DNA. I-CreI is showed in ribbon style: alpha helices in green, beta strands in cyan. The atoms of DNA are showed in spheres, coloured by type of atom. The beta strands create a saddle to accommodate the DNA.
