English: Flag of the city of Talsi, Latvia.
Latviešu: Talsu pilsētas karogs.
2008. gada 17. jūlijā apstirpināts arī Talsu pilsētas karogs. Tā centrā ir attēlots Talsu pilsētas ģerbonis, bet fona deviņu pakalnu tumšo zaļumu horizontāli šķērso Kurzemi simbolizējoša sarkana josla.[1][2]
8. Talsu pilsētas ģerboņa apraksts

8.1.Zelta laukā zaļu vainagu no kreisās puses tur dabiskas krāsas roka, kas izaug no zaļa kalna (Pielikums Nr.7).
8.2.Ģerboņa krāsas ir: Pantone 341C (zaļa), Pantone 873 C (zelta), Pantone 155 C (dabiska krāsa) un Pantone Black C (melna).

9. Talsu pilsētas karoga apraksts

9.1. Talsu pilsētas karogs ir zaļš ar sarkanu horizontālu svītru un Talsu pilsētas ģerboni vidū (Pielikums Nr.8).
9.2. Zaļo un sarkanās svītras attiecība ir 2:1:2.
9.3. Talsu pilsētas karoga platuma un garuma attiecība ir 1:2.

9.4. Karoga krāsas ir: ģerbonim Pantone 341C (zaļa), Pantone 873 C (zelta), Pantone 155 C (dabiska krāsa) un Pantone Black C (melna), pamatnei Pantone 357C (zaļa), Pantone 485 C (sarkana).[3]
