Español: Manuel Rivas Vicuña, Nacido 1 de mayo de 1880, muere 4 de agosto de 1937 en Santiago de Chile. Político, diplomático y escritor chileno. De gran labor diplomática y tras muchos distintos cargos públicos. Escribió el libro Historia Política y Parlamentaria de Chile. 1891-1920. Creador de la Sociedad de Escuelas Nocturnas para Obreros en 1901.
