Description
English: Mie Kocok (lit: "shaked noodle"), a popular delicacy from Bandung, West Java. It is consists of noodle, beansprouts, cow's tendons and cartilage, bakso beef meatballs, leeks, fried shallots, and lime in beef stock soup.
Bahasa Indonesia: Mie Kocok, hidangan mi khas kota Bandung, Jawa barat. Terdiri atas mi yang direbus dengan alat mirip tabung jaring berlubang dan dikocok, ditambah taoge, urat atau kikil sapi, bakso sapi , daun bawang, bawang goreng dan jeruk nipis, disajikan dalam kuah kaldu sapi.
