Polski: „Deutschland siegt an allen Fronten” („Niemcy zwyciężają na wszystkich frontach”) i znak "V" stojacy przed siedziba gubernatora Hansa Fischera w Pałacu Saskim na Placu Piłsudskiego. Zdjęcie zrobione przed 30 sierpnia 1940 roku kiedy pomnik ks. Józefa Poniatowskiego (w tyle) został zasłonięty.
