Description
English: Due to the Coriolis effect, tropical cyclones in the Northern hemisphere, like Typhoon Nanmadol (left), rotate counterclockwise, and in the Southern hemisphere, tropical cyclones like Cyclone Darian (right) rotate clockwise.
