Description
English: The JR Booth was the only engine to work the Nosbonsing and Nipissing Railway, a 5.5 mile long portage railway in central Ontario. The railway carried logs from Lake Nipissing to Lake Nobonsing, where they could reach the Mattawa River, and ultimately Booth's mill in Ottawa. National Archives Photo PA213288
