Summary

Description
English: Paul W. Cobb Interchange, named in 1986 by the South Carolina State Highways and Public Transportation Commission. In recognition of Paul W. Cobb's 38 year highway department career (1946-1984) Including service as State Highway Engineer (1974-1976) and Chief Commissioner (1976-1984). He was named by the South Carolina General Assembly on February 28, 1984 as Chief Commissioner Emeritus of South Carolina.
