Description
中文（臺灣）：博義王等人參拜臺灣神社
1. 本物件為伏見宮博義王殿下至臺灣神社參拜之黑白照。時為雨天，地面潮濕，後方為階梯與鳥居。右側的神官頭戴垂櫻冠，身著狩衣，右手拿笏。左方前者為伏見宮博義王殿下，後方有一人為其撐傘，身後跟有約七名著軍裝之軍人。

2. 伏見宮博義王（1897－1938），日本皇族，海軍職業軍官，曾參與淞滬會戰。

3. 日治時期，傳統神道教信仰l被引進臺灣，神社是神道教的祭祀場所。西元1901年，日本當局發布於臺北劍潭山創建臺灣神社，社格為官幣大社，為臺灣社格最高的神社，祭祀乙未戰爭時在臺灣去世的北白川宮能久親王。1902年神社完工。1944年，將臺灣神社升格為臺灣神宮。戰後神社建築遭到拆除，現址為圓山飯店。
