Summary

Description
English: The Poll Building is located at 1400 1st Avenue, Seattle, Washington.

The first two floors were built in 1901 by Herman Chapin and named the Hitchcock Building. In 1910 he commissioned architects Graham & Myers to design 3 additional brick floors. The building was later connected to the Bon Marche Building across the Alley on Union Street, now demolished.
