Description
English: Army Chief of Staff Gen. George W. Casey Jr. talks to Soldiers with C Company, 1st Battalion, 19th Infantry Regiment, 198th Infantry Brigade, about Sgt. 1st Class Jared Monti, who received the Medal of Honor posthumously, and the warrior ethos. Casey visited Fort Benning, Ga., Oct. 20, to observe Infantry training, view BRAC construction progress and tour the National Infantry Museum for the first time. After the museum tour, Casey re-enlisted five Soldiers and their families in front of the museum's 'Follow Me' statue.
