Summary

Description
English: Diving mask with single integrated snorkel manufactured during the 1950s by the United Service Agency then based in the southern French city of Nice. This "Le Masque Américain" model encloses the eyes and the nose only, excluding the mouth, making nasal breathing possible unless submerged. The shut-off device at the air supply end of the breathing tube operates as a two-ball valve enabling the user to swim in any position underwater without flooding the mask.
