Introductory line and wiktionary link
[edit]The phrases "DK may refer to" and "DK stands for" are both listed as acceptable in Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages). "Refers to" is broader and more inclusive of a variety of entries which may come and go on this page. It includes acronyms, initialisms, and also actual name uses such as DK (car) and .dk which may or may not "stand for" something. No reasoning has yet been given for choosing the narrower verbage. As to the wiktionary link, most of the wiktionary entries in the original box contained very little information, therefore I have chosen to de-clutter the box by including only the "DK" listing, which is, after all, the title of this page. - Regarding this edit summary, I have never "ordered" anyone not to revert anything. If a page is not protected, anyone in the world with an internet connection may make an edit to it.
