Quota Determination

Animation explaining the distribution of preferences
[edit]I'd suggest that a great addition to this page would be an animation similar to this one illustrating the 2016 Murrumbidgee count (by Markus Mannheim, originally embedded in this ABC News article), so that people can imagine how the quotas / vote exhaustion works. Tasmania and ACT uses Gregory method but uses only last parcel received
