Urban legend?

[edit]

Although several newspapers ran with this story, there is no press release on the FSA web site, and they normally post a release when the ban or fine someone. I'm not convinced this happened. — Preceding unsigned comment added by TwoPairsOfBoots (talkcontribs) 23:31, 28 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Many sites mention the story. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.159.119.123 (talk) 15:39, 17 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The FCA site does mention Perkins and his alcohol problem. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.159.119.123 (talk) 15:47, 17 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Suspended in 2009 or 2010?

[edit]

The incident was 2009, that's clear. However, I'm not sure whether the suspension was in 2009 or 2010 - the article as it stands says both. "Suspended in June 2009... in July 2010, two days after the suspension." The Telegraph article also doesn't seem clear about when he was suspended. Twin Bird (talk) 03:32, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
