Photo: Treptichnus pedum fossil marking the Cambrian-Ediacaran GSSP

[edit]

This photograph is not very useful to the amateur eye. Can someone edit it to add an arrow showing what we are supposed to be looking at? Or provide a "zoomed-in" image? Also, the article gives no sense of scale; how many millimeters (?) wide are these burrows? Thanks. DKEdwards (talk) 23:29, 9 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Treptichnus pedumTreptichnus – This article should be for a genus not a species. The article refers to other species and therefore it would be more appropriate as a genus level article. Discussion on the issue here Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Palaeontology#Species_articles,_again. YorkshireExpat (talk) 09:02, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
