Coord template

[edit]

My recent edit to this template, removing a hard-coded Google maps links and adding instead a {{Coord}} template, was reverted by User:Magicpiano, with the edit summary transclusion limits on some lists; feel free to re-add after those lists are broken up. May we see an example or two of such lists, please? When did this happen ({{Coord}} was recently switched to using lua, which increased the number of transclusions that can be used on pone page)? I observed it to affect List of historic places in Manitoba (yesterday before I reverted your change); it may also affect List of historic places in Ontario and List of historic places in Quebec, both of which are still fairly long. I have no objection to the use of Coord here per se (in fact I agree it ought to be used here), but these lists need to be split up first. Magic♪piano 12:52, 26 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. Under such circumstances, I agree with your revert. Please restore my version of the template, once the page (which is horrendously long - it near killed my poor feeble netbook just now) is split. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 13:10, 26 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No problem. Magic♪piano 15:20, 26 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Not showing municipality

[edit]

This template does not appear to be displaying the contents of the municipality field as part of the Address column, even though the source suggests it should. I'm wondering if changes made by @Arctic.gnome relating to Wikidata are responsible. (I have not checked to see if data supplied in Wikidata for use as a "municipality" is being used. I've checked most lists using this template, and seen only an address displayed, which is of minimal use absent the municipality.) Magic♪piano 22:41, 25 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

P969 property not found

[edit]

@Arctic.gnome: Some articles like List of historic places in northern and central British Columbia Interior display "Failed to render property P969: P969 property not found." wikidata:Property:P969 was deleted last month. PrimeHunter (talk) 22:55, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
