Request reason:

the reason i created this account was to appeal the block of my previous account, because straight after i was blocked on my previous account i was denied access to my own talk page, and was blocked as a sockpuppet without any checkuser. i did not create this account to act as a puppet of my previoius account but to get to an admin to do acheckuser and appeal

Decline reason:

Any alternate account you create in order to bypass the block is a sockpuppet. If your ability to edit your talk page has been blocked, you can still request unblock by e-mail from your original account. Additionally, in the guide for appealing blocks, it says:

'Do not' make an unblock request that includes a request for checkuser to "prove your innocence" ... as indicated at Requests for Checkuser those are so rarely done that you're better off not asking (besides, it is difficult to use it to prove that two editors are different people). Most administrators consider such an unblock request a sure sign of a sock account (particularly one with very few edits otherwise) and will decline on that basis.

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
