For a start the fact that claims of genocide are being used in ongoing political controversy doesn't necessarily make the article a hoax. You tagged the article for speedy deletion under G3, which specifies that the hoax needs to be obvious or blatant, this isn't the case here. I see the article's been redirected, but if you want to get similar pages deleted in future you should use the PROD or AFD processes rather than speedy deletion.
