Notice

The article Sushila Hansdak has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NPOL. No indication of notability or importance.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Bungle (talkcontribs) 13:26, 18 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@User:Bungle, Sushila Hansdak was the Member of Legislative Assembly of Bihar and Jharkhand for four terms in 1990, 1995, 2000 and 2005.Ted071203 (talk) 13:58, 18 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If that is a fact, then it is a fact, but does not necessarily mean the individual to hold that post is notable. I do not see evidence this individual is notable based on the material provided. You can, of course, dispute a PROD directly on the article by removing the notice, then it would be a case of someone deciding if the community should discuss the matter further via WP:AfD. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited History of Jharkhand, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bhumij. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:02, 19 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm PopoDameron. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Bhumij rebellion, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. PopoDameron (talk) 04:22, 23 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@PopoDameron: I was about to add a reliable source, you removed the content from the article. You should have waited a little longer.Ted071203 (talk) 04:39, 23 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Ted. You should add content and sources in the same edit in the future so this doesn't happen again. Good luck, PopoDameron (talk) 04:41, 23 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

A goat for you!

[edit]

Thank you for saving Baidyanath Singh from PROD with your expansion. One important thing missing from your citations is page numbers, which are necessary for verification (see WP:V). If you get a chance, could you add those?

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Jagannath Singh requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Control copyright icon Hello Ted071203! Your additions to Tribes of Jharkhand have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Moneytrees🏝️(Talk) 16:17, 31 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Raja Aditya Pratap Singh Deo requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.indianrajputs.com/view/seraikella. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Blocked as a sockpuppet

[edit]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Kingsman3 per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Kingsman3. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

All articles created by me were correct and according to Wikipedia guidelines. I have not misused my account. Please unblock it.

Decline reason:

This is not relevant to your block. Yamla (talk) 12:57, 10 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Respected, @Dreamy Jazz, @Onel5969 - Please, Unblock my account. I have not misused my account.Ted071203 (talk) 13:10, 10 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You should address why technical evidence suggests that you previously used the account Kingsman3 which was blocked. Block evasion is against policy and leads to blocks against accounts or IP addresses used to evade the block, which is what happened in this case as I saw block evasion. This is also why your contributions were deleted as G5 allows administrators to delete articles by those evading blocks. Specifically, why were there successful logins into that account using the same device model and IP address on multiple different occasions? Dreamy Jazz talk to me | my contributions 14:57, 10 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I run internet providing services, maybe the mentioned user has logged into my device before.Ted071203 (talk) 06:34, 11 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Using the same device model as you? That seems unlikely. ISPs don't proxy connections through a specific mobile device. Dreamy Jazz talk to me | my contributions 23:03, 11 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I am quitting Wikipedia permanently, because Wikipedia has become a repository of misinformation and is promoting misinformation openly. Pages on Wikipedia are removed or the user is blocked without any proper investigation. Wikipedia's reviewers and checkusers are misusing their powers. Million of peoples completely trust the information given on Wikipedia, but some users are misusing it for their own purposes. I don't trust Wikipedia anymore. That's why I request to delete my Wikipedia account permanently.Ted071203 (talk) 04:18, 13 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
