Optional 1

[edit]
  1. Read through text, ensure no more section headers are needed, and no >300 characters per section
  2. Copy edit sentence structure to make tone more conversational
  3. Listen and copyedit punctuation for cadence of speech (use commas liberally, sync frequently)
  4. Correct references (often you have to go back to original article, search Ctrl-f NAME> This will show you first instance of reference use.
  5. Insert in article at end of intro section [[File:NAME|thumb|thumbtime=0:32|upright=1.3|Video summary ([[_SCRIPTARTICLE_|script]])]]
(note for lecture; Other Preventable Measure from Cancer, with bad punctuation, sounds very weird. Good example on punctuation)

If it was forgotten to add attribution in the edit summary than:

  1. add to talk page {{Copied|from=article|from_oldid=versionID|to=Wikipedia:VideoWiki/article|to_diff=versionID}} example: {{Copied|from=Influenza|from_oldid=892812224|to=Wikipedia:VideoWiki/Influenza|to_diff=894770670}}
  2. add <!-- Punctuation in this script is to control pauses during text-to-speech. Please only change punctuation for voice control. --> to top

I created a video synopsis, following this example. However, the video link "File:Wikipedia-VideoWiki-Economy of Bulgaria.webm" doesn't seem to work. Here is the uploaded version on Commons. Does anyone know why? Cryout 20:18, 6 May 2019 (UTC)
