The 1912 Sam Houston Normal football team represented Sam Houston Normal Institute—now knwon as Sam Houston State University—as an independent during the 1912 college football season. Led by first-year head coach Sheldon R. Warner, the Sam Houston Normal compiled a record of 2–2. The team played home games at Pritchett Field in Huntsville, Texas.
