The 2018 FIBA U15 South American Championship was the 28th edition of the South American basketball championship for men's under-15 national teams. The tournament was played at Estadio Club Atlético Atenas in Montevideo, Uruguay, from 6 to 11 November 2018.[1]

In the first round, the teams were drawn into two groups of four. The first two teams from each group advanced to the semifinals; the third and fourth teams advanced to the 5th–8th place playoffs.
