Albania–Mexico relations are the bilateral relations between the Albania and Mexico. Both nations are members of the United Nations.
Albania is represented to Mexico through its resident embassy in Washington D.C.. Mexico is represented in Albania through its embassy in Rome.
Mexico has an honorary consulate in Tirana.
History
[edit]Albania and Mexico established relations on the 15th of October 1974. On the same year, Mexico opened an embassy in Tirana, which was closed in 1979. Relations have been generally kept at a multilateral level.[1][2]
In 2011, the Albanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edmond Haxhinasto visited Mexico, where he met with the Minister Patricia Espinosa.
Agreements
