Was reading through the wiki, was hit immediately by the article stating the subject. It was my understanding that only folk in the West still used that name, but then in the Etymology section it then states that only certain business districts in the city are referred to as Saigon. Now I’m neither Vietnamese nor an experienced editor, so I figured it’s best to ask those wiser than myself, but somethings got to give here no? Either the city itself is commonly known as Saigon or only certain business districts are. Here4TheBuffet (talk) 22:32, 16 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
