Any settlement in the city of Newport outside of the town proper, i.e. not a suburb, so no, I wouldn't count it. Marky-Son 18:24, 22 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

But what is the "town proper"? The ONS keeps changing its definition of what distance between built-up areas is significant for them all to be the same built-up area or different built-up areas.
