The 1899 Lincoln Blue Tigers football team represented Lincoln Institute—now known as Lincoln University—in Jefferson City, Missouri as an independent during the 1905 college football season. The Lincoln football team finished the season with a perfect record of 3–0 after defeating colleges from Kansas City and St. Louis, and the state of Kansas. Lincoln outscored their opponents with a dominant 22-6 point differential. Interestingly, the game played in Kansas City was played in the recently constructed Sportsman's Park of Kansas City. These grounds were home to the Kansas City Blue Stockings.
