"Atlas" (stylized as ATLAS) is the debut studio album by American rock duo The Score. It was released October 13, 2017 through Republic Records. A deluxe edition was released the same day. Many tracks on the standard and deluxe versions come from the duo's previous four EPs, Where Do You Run, Unstoppable, Myths & Legends, and Stripped.
The songs "Unstoppable" and "Legend" reached RIAA Platinum on August 1, 2023.[2]
Composition
[edit]After realizing most songs on Myths & Legends were about overcoming hardship and finding an inner strength, the duo related that to the stories of Greek mythology. That theme was then translated over to their debut album, named after the Titan Atlas.[3]
