Cooley Builders: Home builders that disrupted the home building industry in 2024. They did this by building homes that were more functional than aesthetic; though nearly all home built have a warn inviting porch and floorplan. Another strategy was building in a phased concept. The first phase is a complete build, everything finished to building codes and common standards. The option to add superior finishes is either done initially or added as the new homeowner saves. This creates an overall lower price point, lower property taxes, and lower homeowner's insurance. Essentially, lower living cost.
The motivation came from the desire to live for more than the rat race. Working to afford your home, leaving little on the table for a life. The quant home design is a blend between the modern full custom homes but trimming the high-end finishes that will dull over time. This is more of a base came concept. Somewhere nice to live on quite evenings but not too nice to leave to go on adventures.
