Ekansh Singh (born 16 July 2006) is an English cricketer who plays for Kent County Cricket Club.[1] He made his first-team debut for Kent County Cricket Club in a warm up match against Hertfordshire on 30 July 2023 but didn't bat due to rain. He signed his first professional rookie contract with Kent County Cricket Club on 19 July 2024 and played his first match as contracted player on 23 July 2024 against Bedfordshire as a opener. Ekansh made his List A debut for Kent County Cricket Club in the 2024 One Day Cup against Somerset at Taunton on 26 July 2024.[2] He batted at Number 3 and scored 16 runs which includes a huge six over mid wicket.

Ekansh was born in Orpington and was educated at Tubbenden Primary School in Orpington and The Judd School. Ekansh has represented Kent County Cricket Club from under-11 level onwards, is a graduate of the Kent Cricket Academy and played club cricket for Orpington Cricket Club, Dartford Cricket Club. He made his Second XI debut for the Kent County in 2022 against Essex aged 15 and scored his first hundred for the Kent County second team in 2024 against Essex aged 17.[3][4][5][6]

[edit]Ekansh made his senior debut for Kent in the 2024 One Day Cup against Somerset at Taunton on 26 July 2024.[2]
