Meredith Vacca (born 1981) is an American lawyer who has served as a County Court Judge for Monroe County Court in Rochester, NY since 2021. She previously served as a prosecutor in Monroe County, NY from 2007 to 2020.

[edit]Vacca was elected to a 10-year term as Monroe County Court judge. Her term began in 2021.
Nomination to federal district court
[edit]On May 8, 2024, Vacca was nominated to fill the vacancy for United States District Court Judge in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York that was created when Frank P. Geraci assumed senior status.
