Minami Kitasono (born January 12 , 1990 ) is a Japanese singer -songwriter , composer , arranger , and multi-instrumentalist . He is originally from Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture .
He began performing under the name M.Kitasono in 2012. In 2014, he changed his name to Minami Kitasono.
He was signed with the record label Polystar until October 31, 2017.
From December 26, 2018 to January 10, 2021, he was active under the name "Osawa Kentaro.".
From 2023, his stage name will be "MINAMI KITAONO".
Biography
[edit]He has placed several restrictions for his personal life on his media exposure, and as of now (April 2024) he has not shown his face at all.
On February 21, 2018, he released his first single with the band Orangeade, with fellow members Kurosawa Takasuke and Sato Nozomi.
On December 26, 2018, with the release of Orangeade's first album "Broccoli Here", he changed his stage name to Kentaro Osawa[1].
On October 1, 2019, it was announced on Orangeade's official website that he had been fired from the band due to severe misconduct[2]
On January 10, 2021, he announced on his Twitter]] that he would be changing his stage name to MINAMI KITASONO [3].
