Nathaniel ("Nat") Zilkha (born September 10, 1975 ) is an American businessman. He is the co-founder & executive chairman of Firebird Music Holdings[1] and the Chairman of Gibson, the famed American guitar manufacturer.

In 2017, Nat led an investor group which rescued Gibson from bankruptcy[2]. Since that time, Gibson has expanded into media[3] and grown its manufacturing base in the United States with expansion in Bozeman, MT[4]. It has also expanded into retail with the opening of Gibson Garage flagship locations in Nashville, TN[5], and London, UK[6].

Firebird Music

In 2021, Nat founded Firebird Music, with former Ticketmaster CEO Nathan Hubbard. Firebird's operations include artists management, recorded music and live events, working with artists including Maggie Rogers, Chris Stapleton, Mumford & Sons, Dave Matthews Band, Phish, and Leon Bridges. In 2023, Firebird parternerd with TikTOk stars the D'Amelio's DamGood Mgmt[7].

In 2023, Nat was ranked #14 on Billboard's Power Player's List for Multi Sector Music[8].

Zilkha serves as a member of the board of directors of Save The Music (Executive Committee)[9], The Apollo Theater[10], Gibson Gives[11], Aspen Country Day School (Executive Committee)[12], The Thacher School[13], and Jazz Aspen Snowmass[14]. He formerly sat on the boards of the Mt Sinai Children's Center Foundation[15], The Birch Wathen Lenox School[16], and the Lower East Girls Club[17].
