Raghavendra Pratap Singh was an MLA in the second assembly of Uttar Pradesh, India. In the 1957 Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections, he participated in the elections on behalf of the Independent Progressive Legislative Party from 278 - Mankapur Legislative Assembly constituency of Gonda district of Uttar Pradesh.
