Tahir Yazid Reid-Brown (born July 6, 2006) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender for Orlando City in Major League Soccer.
Club career

[edit]Born in Orlando, Florida, Reid-Brown joined the Orlando City Academy in 2020. After appearances for Orlando City's under-15 and under-17 sides, Reid-Brown joined Orlando City B in 2022, where he was later selected for the 2023 MLS NEXT All-Star Game.[3][4]
On January 23, 2024, Reid-Brown was signed to a four-year Homegrown Player contract through 2027, with a club option for extension into 2028, making him the 15th Homegrown Player in the club's history.[5]
International career

[edit]On October 25, 2023, it was announced that Reid-Brown was selected by United States U17 coach Gonzalo Segares to the 21-player squad for the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup.[6] On November 15, Reid-Brown made his international debut when he started in the second group stage match against Burkina Faso, before he was taken off in the 57th minute for David Vazquez, after which the game ended in a 2–1 victory and allowed the United States to advance to the knockout stage.[7]
