Draft started

I started working on this draft after having trouble searching for information on this practice when searching the internet for it in english... It took me a while to go back and remember that the term for this was 'gota a gota'. Anyways, I think it would be helpful if we had an english version of this article. I have a personal bias in wanting an english version, as I live in a tourist town in a latin american country, and there are people who I've wanted to send information on this, who are not able to read in spanish.

I wasn't quite sure how to handle references within the translate tool. I believe while working on the article I may have dropped a couple of existing references by accident, and there are a small number that I added in or replaced with articles that would be in english, as i'm not sure if it's okay or not to leave citations that link to spanish content on an article that's being translated to english (I imagine not).

At the same time, at the moment that I'm working on this, I don't quite have the time to replace all of the references with english ones (Nor am I sure whether there are good sources in english to replace all of them), so I'm leaving it for now and will likely return to it later to try and improve some issues that i've likely left on the article.
