Mahyar (Persian: مهيار)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Dasht Rural District of the Central District of Shahreza County, Isfahan province, Iran.[4]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,362 in 347 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,274 people in 367 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,134 people in 334 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
