Mirsarai (Bengali: মীরসরাই) is a town and municipality in Chattogram District of Chattogram Division, Bangladesh. The town is the headquarter and urban centre of Mirsarai Upazila.

According to 2011 Bangladeshi census, the total population of Mirsarai city is 31,206.[1] Total families are 4231.[2]
