Spider-Man: Octo-Girl (スパイダーマン:オクトパスガール, Supaidāman: Okutopasu Gāru, lit. "Spider-Man: Octopus Girl") is a Japanese manga series written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and drawn by Betten Court. A direct sequel to the first two volumes of The Superior Spider-Man and a spin-off of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, based on Marvel Comics, it was published to Shōnen Jump+ in Japanese and VIZ Media in English.[1][2]

The series received a positive critical reception.

On May 29, 2023, it was announced that a manga spin-off of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse titled Spider-Man: Octopus Girl written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Betten Court would begin serialization on June 20 on Shueisha's Shōnen Jump+ website and app,[4] written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and drawn by Betten Court.[5] The story revolves around Otto Octavius, who falls into a coma and has been reawakened in the body of young Japanese middle schooler named Otoha Okutamiya. After she immediately wakes up and regains control of her body, Otto's spirit inhabits a small robot and becomes Otoha's mentor, guiding her in facing off against supervillains and other clones of Otto from before hie redemption.[6][7]

In February 2024, Viz Media announced that they licensed the series for English publication in the fourth quarter of 2024, retitled Spider-Man: Octo-Girl.[8]
