Section header - "Original soundtrack album"

[edit]

The current section header is singular ("album"), which means the subject is "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Original Soundtrack Album)". We have a few options here.

  1. Change the header to plural.
  2. Change the header to the album name and create a sub-section for the bottom prose - "Future albums".
  3. Change the header to the album name and move the bottom prose above this sub-section.

However, the current singular version, but not using the actual name is just confusing for no reason. Gonnym (talk) 20:21, 27 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I think giving the current subsection a plural header suggests there is more than one album which there currently is not, so maybe we just need a 'future albums' subheading. But I don't think the existing subsection should have the full album name in its heading as the subsection is discussing the idea of an album in general and reveals the name of that album within so having it in the subheading as well as the cgart header is getting a bit redundant. - adamstom97 (talk) 21:14, 27 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"In October 21, 2021 it is revealed its not canon to the MCU movies."

This was incorrectly added based on this source, which makes no such statement, so I have removed it. - adamstom97 (talk) 19:23, 21 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Cast and characters --> Character appearance

[edit]

As per the cast appearance in each season, there should be a season list. For example, Iain de Caestecker was a series regular in seasons 1-6 and a guest star in season 7. Similarly, Brett Dalton was a series regular in seasons 1-3 but was in a recurring role during the "Agents of Hydra" pod of season 4. Hence, there should be a list stating which character appeared in which season like "Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson (seasons 1-6), Sarge/Pachakutiq (season 6), and Phil Coulson LMD (season 7)". In a similar manner, for Henry Simmons, it should be "Henry Simmons as Alphonso "Mack" Mackenzie (seasons 3-7; recurring season 2). KingKlaus07 (talk) 11:06, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You mean this? Gonnym (talk) 13:59, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The list of main cast members in this article is just a brief summary of the much more extensive List of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. characters. It doesn't make sense to me to try an condense that huge table of roles into prose here when that is just going to be messy and difficult to follow. We include the link to the characters list, and there are also more details on the season-by-season casting in the casting section of this article and each season article. I have also always seen that format of listing seasons in prose to be discouraged on Wikipedia. - adamstom97 (talk) 20:19, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Please note that all the info KingKlaus07 is attempting to add is already mostly stated in each character's prose, in which we can actually discuss such adjustments to character or starring/recurring status etc. Further info is in the Casting section where it is most appropriate. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 23:35, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
So, we shouldn't add it? Alright. It was just a suggestion from my side. KingKlaus07 (talk) 04:40, 2 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
