Duplicate page

Note that the subject of this article already has a page on Wikipedia under a different transliteration of their name, Al-Jaldaki. This page should (at most) be a redirect to that page, but I think deletion might be better, as the transliteration of ج (jīm) as 'dj' is not commonly used here.

I've just checked further (and read more carefully) and there is one issue about the spelling of this person's name: al-Jaldaki vs al-Jildaki. I've created a redirect from the latter to the (already existing) former article.

I've also redirected this page to Al-Jaldaki. There's no point in having multiple pages about the same person, but we should keep the redirects since these variant spellings do seem to be used. —David Eppstein (talk) 23:29, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
