Hi, respected fellow Wikipedians :)

IMHO:

Wikipedia is rapidly taking on the role of Repository of all Human Knowledge (and hopefully not just all Human! knowledge, maybe we can start recording knowledge of other species also, as most are not able to do for themselves)

Given that, we may all need to get together and sort out rules for how to deal with the glorious benefit of Wikipedia for the future of humanity and beyond.

So we need to apply powerful logic to direct the well-thought and humane recommendations of Wikipedia, and these need to be toward optimal benefit for us, current species, and the intelligent creatures who may follow us.

So it may be a good idea to sort out a recommended definition for the "Concept" of a Wikipedia Article, and such an article should represent a single concept linked to other related concepts (articles) or not.

Then maybe we would have a structure that would create a near-optimal organization of all human (etc) knowledge (for the many purposes we may need to use it, possibly including AI learning, judgement and decency data.

In that regard I consider that the set of concepts associated with the word "Almost" should include the most basic concept of "Almost" which means "Nearly happened but not quite" or "Nearly true but not quite true". Surely there is an origin for this word, and also various references to understand the concept and help the learner of English as well, etc?
