"The school was small and thrived on its homely atmosphere." The word 'homely' is a subjective and idealised description. When I went to Blairmore in the 60s it was led by ex-soldiers and run on militaristic lines. For me, a 7 year old torn from a loving family atmosphere, there was nothing homely about it. Maybe it became better in later years, but to be truthful, this needs to be more accurately described. DavidSailor (talk) 05:17, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This should be renamed as Blairmore House because it's no longer Blairmore School
