[edit]Why on earth does this page redirect to some late night infomercial exercise equipment? Surely the CO's duty station on a ship is more worthy. Trilobright (talk) 21:25, 30 December 2015 (UTC)

[edit]As the previous comment indicates, it's odd that this should redirect to exercise equipment. I've started an article on the primary busage of the term, as a kind of chair. Their's probably room for an article on the extended use concerning a captain's command (which isn't a particular kind of chair). Bibliosporias (talk) 17:23, 14 December 2023 (UTC)
